How to use a waterflosser?

Étape 1 - Préparer
Remplir le reservoir avec de l’eau tiède et/ou du bain de bouche et choisir l’embout en fonction de vos besoins dentaires (hygiène, orthondontique, implants...).

Étape 2 - Placer
Positionner l’embout dans la bouche, entrefermer les lèvres et regarder l’évier pour laisser l’eau s’écouler sans éclabousser.

Étape 3 - Demarrer
Allumer l’appareil, choisir le niveau de pression, déplacer le long des gencives en faisant des pauses entre chaque dent. Ne pas oublier de passer à l'avant et à l'arrière des dents.

Étape 4 - Terminer
1 minute par jour suffit pour un nettoyage optimal et une sensation de propreté et de fraîcheur. Vous pouvez ensuite passer au brossage des dents.
